Dear Santa!

Well I haven’t been that nice, but I haven’t been bad either. And to be honest, I fell like this year I did far more things and worked more on my dreams and passions. So yeah, I am sure I deserve all your presents.
And to show you what a nice girl I've been, here, look at these pictures of how I’m waiting for you (in a nice girl outfit).

So my dear Santa, please bring some pretty things and leave them under the tree, I’ll find them when I get back from Paris!

Coats that keep winter away

Last week I’ve been ravaging the shops in search of a coat. I had something sporty in mind but in the end this idea fainted away. I tried a few sporty coats but I decided that style is not for me.

So I decided to try something urban cool smart, something that’s more of my style. To be honest, I expected to get back home empty handed, as most of the clothes are pretty much the same…and I’m no ordinary person, to wear a regular coat. I was in for a nice surprise, as I had a large options range so here’s what I tried on.

I decided in the end to go with this red/burgundy coat, with a furry collar. As I’m not tall, I went for something of medium length; long coats make me look like a penguin. This sweet reddish thing got me convinced: it’s nice, sweet, and cool, it looks grate with by boots, I can wear in this urban cool style or I can match it to a smarter look so yeah, it was definitely the winner.

I paired it with the burgundy boots and my new hat (adorable acquisition by the way) and yeah, it’s me alright!

How about you my bubbly bubbles, what kind of winter coat do you wear? What kind of coat do you dream of? When will you turn your dream into the perfect warm wintery outfit?

Black and white mime

What are your feelings about black and white? I for one think I don’t have enough of these non-colors in my wardrobe, because you can never have too many neutrals. Of course they go grate with any color, but aren't they great together?

I love how black and white can make you look smart for any occasion, how together they form the seriousness’ costume. You can make it cool, casual, comfy, or totally smart, this “costume” will definitely make you noticeable…just as easy as it can make you fade in the crowd.
Black and white may sound dusty, insipid, and dull but it’s up to you to give it some life, some energy and passion. Try some fun and funky accessories, match modern clothes with common clothes, use a statement item, do whatever it takes to make your mime costume shine.

As for my example, I picked a pair of black leggings and simple black boots with a large sweater and a long white shirt (longer than the large sweater J ) And to spice it up a bit more, I added a black beret and a strong purple lipstick (yes, make up is an interesting way of accessorizing an outfit)

It’s your turn now my bubbly bubbles, spice up your black and white costume!

Boots ballerina

Didn't I promise you colors this winter? Well here I am! A pink and Bordeaux blouse and winter colors knee high socks. Because yes, winter also has colors, you just have to discover them.
You can go with the autumn-winter colors (Bordeaux, navy blue, mustard yellow) or you can try the full winter colors (red and green in all shades and tones plus the snowy white).
Be bold, not only on Christmas, but all winter long! Start wearing your Christmasy sweaters, your warm fluffy colorful socks, and your many cold weather accessories (hats, scarves and gloves). Go ravage the shops in search of accessories and pick the most colorful (matched together, of course). There’s no need for you to buy all colors, just go for one you like best and make it your winter signature.
Take my example; I've decided to be a boots wearing ballerina. It’s time you try on your winter costume. Pick your role and get out there, on the winter’s scene!
